Business Analyst

- System implementation;

- Bottleneck analysis;

- Liaising with business customers and the technical team;

- Business process mapping.

- At least 3 years of experience in business analysis;

- Experience in the implementation of an automated management system for the mining and transport complex;

- Deep knowledge of Metals & Mining / Chemical / Oil & Gas/ Energy;

- Knowledge of BPMN and/or UML notations;

- Jira + Confluence.
