Business Analyst

- Conducting interviews with business-customers, collecting, analyzing, forming and coordinating requirements;

- Writing TOR for functionality development/refinement, gathering and preparing functional requirements;

- Formation of documents: regulations, instructions;

- Participation in the development of architectural solutions and system design;

- Participation in designing user interfaces;

- Training of end users in the functionality of the implemented systems;

- Assisting the team at the stage of development, implementation and testing.

- At least 3 years of experience in business analysis + system analysis;

- Experience of implementation an automated management system for the mining and transport complex/ ESG/ dispatching systems;

- Deep knowledge of Metals&Mining/ Chemical/ Oil&Gas/ Energy/Logistics/ IT integrators;

- Knowledge of BPMN and/or UML notations;

- Jira + Confluence.
