- Develop go-to-market strategy;

- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a business excellence or process improvement role within FMCG sector;
- Proven track record of driving commercial performance through process improvements;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights;
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
