CDO

- Enable collaboration between the data and product teams to ensure that the outputs are aligned with business objectives and product goals;

- Collaborate closely with business operations to leverage data insights and analytics for product development and enhancement;

- Build, lead and mentor Data Analytics, Data Governance, and Data Engineering teams;

- Oversee the development, structure, quality, and governance of data, ensuring it is well maintained and managed effectively;

- Consolidate and maintain a comprehensive data-use-case roadmap.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience with data, ideally with strategy and/or analytics experience;

- Deep knowledge in technology-heavy industries, preferably banking, insurance, and e-commerce;

-  Strong organization building skills, including the ability to attract and develop new talent and to develop linkages with the company’s various functions.
