Chief Product Owner

- Lead the Product Development Center;

- Develop and execute product strategy;

- Implement best practices in Agile and other flexible project management methodologies;

- Manage and mentor team members.

- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Chief Product Owner/Head of Product, or similar role, preferably in the financial sector;

- Deep knowledge of product development, product lifecycle management, and modern product management methodologies;

- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and building a product culture;

- Fluency in English.
