Responsibilities: 

- Establish and manage an end-to-end process for Customer Value Management (CVM). Develop and execute strategies to enhance Ecosystem and Company level Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) using data analytics and personalization. Integrate CLV into the CVM process for targeted customer engagement

at various funnel stages (activation, engagement and retention);

- Design and manage loyalty programs and gamification mechanics to increase customer acquisition, deviation retention and satisfaction. Collaborate with Product Teams to ensure seamless integration and effectiveness of these programs;

- Define and monitor business requirements for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and activities. Ensure the CRM systems support overall business objectives and enhance customer interactions;

- Development and maintenance of Campaign management platform; maximize uptime and cost efficiency;

- Build and manage processes for multi-channel advertising campaigns in coordination with business verticals. Ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and effectively reach target audiences. Manage contact policy for channels and segments on the client level;

- Oversee social media strategy to enhance brand presence and engagement. Analyze metrics and adapt strategies for maximum impact. Manage brand image activities and offline marketing.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred;

- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within a dynamic and fast-paced industry;

- At least 5 years in a leadership role;

- Relevant industry experience, particularly in e-commerce or marketplace environments;

- Experience in developing and managing loyalty programs and multi-channel advertising campaigns;

- Strong understanding of CRM systems, data analytics, and customer segmentation. Application of data science models in marketing and business processes;

- Proficiency in social media management, content strategy, and SEO;

- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
