Responsibilities: 

- Building and scaling the work of the commercial operations unit;

- Improving sales efficiency, eliminating bottlenecks and blockers;

- Growth in commercial metrics;

- Improving forecasting;

- Working on shaping the department's growth strategy and implementing it with sales team leaders.

Requirements:

- Experience in sales management in B2B companies with IT product as the main business driver;

- Experience in building operational processes in commerce, leading teams 20+ and/or operational unit teams.

- Experience in business development strategy formation and its implementation;

- Analytical mindset.
