- Leads several streams from diagnostics to implementation within the project;
- Develops tools/models/systems for efficiency increase, develops hypotheses;
- Adjusts and implements tools/models/systems in collaboration with client team members;
- Calculates and justifies EBITDA effects, draws conclusions and recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative data analysis;
- Provides advisory support, methodology training and knowledge transfer to the customer’s employees.
- 5+ years of operations/management/strategy consulting experience with MBB/Big4, focusing on Metals & Mining, Manufacturing & Engineering, Energy, Oil&Gas, Banking & Finance industries;
- Advanced knowledge of key financial and investment indicators and methods of their calculation;
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills: ability to collect and structure data, see connections and dependencies at a deeper level, determine the need for calculations and draw conclusions;
- Robust ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
