- Together with the data team, develop analytics and BI reporting in commerce;
- Build a system of metrics and reports on key KPIs (sales, margin, promo, etc.);
- Develop analytics for projects (like-for-like, merchandising, etc.) - clustering of stores, analytics by categories and prices, identifying shopping missions, etc.;
- Develop analytical processes (backlog, data collection and processing, etc.);
- Participate in budgeting and development of commercial plans and strategy;
- Together with the DWH team, develop the architecture and improve the quality of data in commerce;
- In close collaboration with business and other analysts, develop a data-driven approach in the Company.
- 3 years of work experience – in retail, e-commerce, FMCG or other areas;
- Super abilities in Excel, you know how to work with big data and visualize results (in Excel/Python/Power BI/Tableau);
- Higher technical/economic education and good mathematics skills;
- Advanced level of Russian or English language.
Will be an advantage:
- Understanding of key business metrics (sales, margins, prices);
- Knowledge of big data processing tools (Power Query, Power BI, cloud services);
- Knowledge of mathematical statistics, understanding and experience of conducting A/B tests.
