- Lead within the enterprise and product P&L in building a planning system, monitoring its execution, timely detection of deviations and generation of measures to cover them;
- Systematically search for potentials to optimise costs, improve operational and commercial performance;
- Form a master plan for the development of the enterprise, organise a system for monitoring the achievement of results;
- Carry out economic expertise of the effects of investment projects and business initiatives, including post-investment monitoring;
- Provide management of the working capital of the enterprise.
- At least 7 years of experience in the field of ‘economics and finance’ in a large production multi-division company or in management positions in other business units / consulting / audit;
- Experience in leading strategic and efficiency improvement projects (from idea initiation to post-investment monitoring);
- Experience and deep understanding of processes in Planning, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Manufacturing;
- Experience in re-engineering business processes, including improving productivity, optimising reporting, building decision making on data have experience in mentoring / managing a team of 10+ people, including managing remote teams and teams in functional subordination.
