- Leadership in initiatives of the economics and performance management functions within the Holding;

- Participation/leadership in cross-functional activities;

-  Support in decision-making (economic expertise of business decisions);

- Business planning, plan-fact analysis;

- Management of the system of key performance indicators.

- Knowledge of the basics of accounting (RAS, NU, IFRS);

- Expertise in the valuation of investment projects.
