Financial Controller

- Financial and operational control of the Group's companies (IT, Media, Engineering);

- Analysing management and accounting reports;

- Ongoing financial control, in particular business analysis of performance on a monthly basis, control of budget and business KPIs, monitoring of working capital efficiency and business costs in the companies;

- Organising and participating in the budgeting process of the companies;

- Participation in the Boards of Directors and Business Councils of the companies;

- Participation in the preparation of the Group's consolidated management accounts;

- Participation in the structuring of individual transactions in the Group companies;

- Participation in M&A transactions, both on the buyer's and seller's side (financial due diligence, organisation of due diligence, financial structuring, etc.);

- Higher professional education (economic, financial);

- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position;

- ACCA, CFA, MBA, etc. will be an advantage.
