- Identifying target audience segments and planning digital acquisition strategies to reach them;
- Running UAC, Meta, RTB, social media ads, and display advertising campaigns with clear KPIs (CAC, ARPU, AOV, conversions, etc.) and budgets;
- Experimenting with new channels and strategies to improve acquisition metrics;
- Collaborating with agencies, content, and product teams to improve the new customer experience;
- Generating detailed reports on acquisition metrics, insights, and ROMI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field;
- 3-5 years of experience as an Acquisition Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role;
- Solid experience running Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic, and other paid campaigns;
- Proficiency with AppMetric, Tableau, spreadsheets, and digital marketing tools;
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and content marketing preferred;
- Analytical mindset, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills;
- Creativity to develop innovative campaigns within budgetary constraints;
- Passion for staying up-to-date with trends in digital marketing, social media, and mobile platforms.
