- Evaluating the effectiveness and improvement of Benefits and LTI programs;
- Development and implementation of policies and procedures for the development of corporate benefits and employee motivation;
- Benchmarking, tracking trends;
- Implementation of projects in the field of remuneration and compensation;
- Preparation of data for the budget, analytics of planned and actual indicators;
- Automation and optimization of processes;
- Internal (with employees) and external (with contractors) communication on benefits issues.
- 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management in companies with transparent and aligned processes;
- Expertise in working with international Total Rewards and C&B projects.
