- Operate all major C&B units;
- Conduct function audits, optimise bottlenecks and automate day to day activity;
- Coordinate the implementation of the grading system;
- Lead the HR budgeting and planning process.
- More than 5 years of experience in the C&B sector;
- Knowledge of 1C, Jira, Anaplan systems will be a plus;
- Experience in process automation and function transformation;
- Knowledge of different long-term incentive systems: options, RSUs, LTIs;
- Working in an IT company will be an advantage.
