- Collaborate with Chief Risk Officer and cross-functional teams to implement data transformation and data-driven decision-making culture;
- Brainstorm with Top Leadership about bringing best data practices to the organization;
- Research the international practice of conducting data analytics on relevant insurance products and making suggestions;
- Prepare use-case roadmaps as well as building new models based on roadmaps and making sure that these models are properly transferred to business;
- Building and developing statistical and machine learning models;
- Preparing data governance roadmaps and ensuring that roadmaps activities are being implemented;
- Establishment of processes for data management, as well as Metadata and Data lineage processes.
- Proven experience in a managerial role at least 2 years, preferably within the financial services industry;
- Proven track record of driving data change and implementing strategic initiatives;
- Strong understanding of data transformation methodologies and experience in implementing data-driven decision-making processes;
- Knowledge of design thinking, stakeholder management, reporting, business improvement, business need analysis, process modeling;
- Knowledge of Azure, SQL, Python, Microsoft office.
