Head of Digital Marketing

Responsibilities: 

- Develop and Execute Digital Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals;

- Manage SEO and ASO: Oversee and optimize search engine optimization (SEO) and app store optimization (ASO) efforts to enhance visibility and user acquisition;

- Lead and Develop the Digital Team: Provide leadership, mentorship, and growth opportunities to the digital marketing team;

- Oversee Marketing Budget: Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and maximized return on investment;

- Analyze Performance and Optimize Tools: Monitor digital marketing performance metrics and continuously improve tools and processes for better results.

Requirements:

Experience:

- Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and working with large budgets for 2 years or more;

- Experience in managing a team of 5 or more;

- Experience in building user acquisition funnels for websites, apps, and Web-to-App;

- Experience in the Azerbaijan market is a plus;

- Experience in e-commerce is a plus.

Skills:

- Deep understanding of advertising tools such as Google, Meta, CPA networks, and RTB, including experience in preparing the company's digital strategy;

- Expertise in SEO, with a strong understanding of ranking principles and growth mechanisms;

- Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics such as CLV, ROMI, ARPU, CPU, CTR, etc.;

- Proficiency in using analytical systems such as GA, Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.;

- Ability to formulate hypotheses, identify areas for improvement, and find new channels for traffic acquisition.
