- Lead the Planning and Economic Department, setting clear objectives and key performance indicators;
- Develop comprehensive strategies for long-term economic planning and resource allocation;
- Conduct detailed economic analyses to inform organizational decision-making and policy development;
- Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate economic insights into business strategies;
- Oversee the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders, including financial forecasts and market assessments;
- Manage departmental budgets, ensuring resources are effectively utilized and aligned with priorities;
- Evaluate and refine planning processes to enhance efficiency and responsiveness to market changes.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in economic planning and analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership role;
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to interpret complex data;
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and the development of business strategies;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying information to diverse audiences;
- Proficiency in planning tools and economic analysis software; familiarity with statistical analysis tools is a plus;
