Head of PMO

- Supporting the management of development and configuration of the production system at enterprises;

- Implementing lean manufacturing tools and/or initiatives to enhance labor productivity;

- Developing and implementing standards and methodologies for project management;

- Supporting project teams at all stages of the project lifecycle;

- Ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards;

- Identifying and mitigating risks associated with project execution.

- At least 7 years of experience managing cross-functional projects, preferably in manufacturing companies;

- Experience in implementing enterprise transformation projects;

- Consulting experience (Big4, SM/D levels).
