Head of the Construction Project

- Hold a responsibility for an end-to-end related project execution (incl. detailed engineering, construction, transfer to commissioning stage regarding to schedule & budget limitations;

- Plan, organize & control of the preparation, review & approval of detailed engineering & design documentation;

- Coordinate interaction between project team & responsible contractors, regarding working scope of the project;

- Plan & organize construction & installation works/commissioning for the project, control the work status;

- Develop & control technical specifications/requirements regarding construction & commissioning works for responsible contractors;

- Prepare & approve for requests for unscheduled procurement within the decision limit;

- Accept & sign off the results of procurement for simple & low-cost contracts (within the decision limit);

- Participate in the preparation of project procurement needs (equipment, materials, services), incl. participation in the preparation of contractual documentation packages (incl. provision of necessary expertise);

- Participate in overall project budget preparation & procurement plan, regarding separate project scope (also to provide necessary expertise);

- Organization, approval & holding of the responsibility for the provision of the initial data for the project schedule & budget development & coordination of the upcoming works across dimensions;

- Control & integration of separate schedules & budgets to prepare overall project schedule & budget, approve schedule & budget for subcontractors works & supply plans (within decision limit).

- At least 10 years of experience in construction (ports, transport infrastructure are preferable), with proven experience of at least one successful large project with Ports;

- At least 3-5 years of project management experience focused at the project execution phase (to commissioning & operations stage);

- Proven experience in the project closure stage and/or transferring of responsibilities to the operations team;

- Experience in leading multiple cross-functional projects teams with tight control on timeline and budget;

- Strong acumen on contract management;

- Experience of managing 2-3 projects end-to-end (from early stage to to commissioning) is advantage;

- Experience of managing foreign contractors is advantage.
