Responsibilities: 

- Lead the development and delivery of various types of training programs  focused on leadership standards adopted by the company;

- Manage professional skill competitions, coordinate internships, and ensure that young professionals are successfully integrated into the company after their internships;

- Engage with universities and youth organizations to attract young specialists, support employer branding initiatives, and work with ambassadors to promote the company.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in training and development, preferably in large industrial or manufacturing companies;

- Strong knowledge of HR processes, training standards, and methodologies, especially in leadership training;

- Familiarity with corporate standards and experience in their implementation;

- Excellent project management skills, particularly in organizing professional skill competitions and managing large-scale training programs;

- Strong leadership and communication skills for working with universities, young specialists, and promoting employer branding.
