- Define and prioritize the product backlog for enterprise HR solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs;
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, management, and development teams, to gather and refine requirements;
- Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria;
- Participate in product release planning and execution;
- Continuously improve product management processes and practices.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in an agile development environment;
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban);
- Good knowledge of HR processes and experience working with HR systems;
- Proficiency in working with data to make informed decisions;
- Experience in developing and managing enterprise HR solutions;
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Amplitude).
