Investment Manager

- Origination: identifying sizable investment opportunities with significant value growth potential;

- Analysis: deep dive into market and business fundamentals, identification and quantification of growth potential;

- Modelling: developing financial and valuation models;

- Deal execution: assisting the team throughot the acquisition/ divestment cycle including due diligence, structuring, negotiations;

- Strategic & operational support for portfolio compnies: assistance in market and operational strategy development & implementation.

- 5+ years of experience in IB/PE/VC/Management Consulting (TOP3, 2-tier, Big4), corporate finance/M&A corporate divisions;

- Analytical, detail-oriented mindset;

- Strong skills in building financial models & presentations;

- Ability to balance multiple tasks and commit to responsibilities;

- Self-motivated team player.
