- Analytics development for trade and promo - building a system of metrics, BI reports for business users and top management;
- Data-driven approach development in close connection with the business and analysts;
- Analytics of the effectiveness of promotions (commercial promos, marketing promotions) in terms of new customer acquisition and growth in loyalty metrics;
- Work on loyalty program upgrades and analyze results;
- Work with DWH team to write metrics calculation requirements and improve data quality.
- You have Excel, SQL, Python, BI superpower, feel comfortable processing big data and visualizing results;
- You have an understanding of key commercial and marketing metrics (sales, margin, acquisition, retention), understanding how to analyze them;
- Have a degree in technical/economical education, excellent math and statistics knowledge;
- Have experience in visualizing data, building dashboards (in Excel/Python/Tableau);
- Advanced in English or Russian.
