- Formation of the concept of development of technical solutions for the Holding Company's IT infrastructure within the framework of its functional areas;
- Development of architecture, standards and catalog of standard IT infrastructure solutions based on the formed concept;
- Market analysis of solutions for IT infrastructure operation and development, participation in updating the vendor list of the Holding Company;
- Audit of the Holding Company's IT infrastructure within its functional areas for compliance with the developed standards and development of plans to bring it into compliance with them.
- Experience in designing solutions (development and description of architectural design) from scratch and modernization of existing infrastructure of a large distributed enterprise (from 5000 users), including changes in the product stack;
- Strong knowledge of the principles and practical experience in building a centralized fault-tolerant IT infrastructure with implementation of HA (High Availability) and DR (Disaster Recovery) schemes;
- Expertise, implementation and administration experience in:
Microsoft Active Directory (ADDS, ADFS, ADLDS, ADCS, also GPO, GPP, DFS) in geo-distributed multi-site configurations;
- Infrastructure solutions on Windows Server 2012-2022 platform (DNS, DHCP, WSUS, WSFC, NLB, IIS, Print Services, File Services [incl. scale-out], NPS);
- Microsoft Exchange 2016/2019 mail system + Anti-Spam (KSMG as an advantage), including in complex geo-distributed configurations.
