- Develop the product vision and roadmap for the digitalization of internal systems;
- Ensure that the targets, objectives, and task lists for the assigned business area align with the company’s strategic goals, expectations, and initiatives, and communicate these to team members;
- Ensure that business processes in the assigned areas meet the requirements of both external and internal customers;
- Test and implement global best practices, successful case studies, and innovative solutions in the relevant business directions;
- Foster mutually beneficial and transparent collaboration with team members and stakeholders, ensuring effective operations in line with Agile principles;
- Prepare the Quarterly Business Review for the field;
- Create and prioritize the product backlog for digital products.
- Work experience: minimum of 2 years in Finance, Investment, Marketing, Sales, or Strategy;
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics and Management, IT, Mathematics or Cybernetics;
- Language Skills: Russian, English;
- Experience in digital transformation and ERP system
integration; knowledge of Agile methodologies or design thinking.
