- Lead and manage key projects;

- Conduct in-depth analyses of current operational processes;

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams;

- Monitor and report on project progress.

- Experience in consulting (Big4/2-tier/TOP3) with focus on operations/implementation focusing on Metals & Mining;

- Knowledge of mining and metallurgical complex;

- Proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering measurable results.
