- Managing a team of developers and analysts;

- Verification of data correctness;
- Development of monitoring and analytics algorithms;
- Making presentations for the management;
- Interaction with technical specialists;
- Collecting and analyzing feedback from users.

- BI project management experience of 3 years or more;
- Deep understanding of mining processes and mining equipment lifecycle;
- Knowledge of methodologies for developing and implementing BI solutions;
- Experience with industrial equipment monitoring systems;
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView);
- Understanding of the principles of working with big data;
- Experience in designing data warehouses (Data Warehouse);
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration tools;
- Experience in building and managing a development team.
