- Overseeing the implementation of projects (timelines, budgets);
- Identifying internal customer needs and developing business cases based on these needs;
- Creating budgets and roadmaps for implementation;
- Organizing the work of cross-functional teams in accordance with approved roadmaps;
- Searching for potential contractors and conducting necessary internal procedures for contractor selection;
- Providing managerial and administrative support to executors during the piloting and deployment of solutions (assisting contractors in navigating internal procedures during project implementation);
- Preparing project reports and conducting meetings with top management;
- Regularly interacting with operators, engineers, site managers, and other technical and engineering personnel to validate solutions and identify needs;
- Preparing presentations, documents, technical specifications, and other materials.
- Deep knowledge of key manufacturing and technological processes in the Metal & Mining industry;
- Understanding of innovative technologies (AI, 3D printing, advanced video analytics, etc.);
- Knowledge of statistical data processing methods;
- Experience in cross-functional project implementation in industrial companies or from the side of IT integrators/consulting firms;
- Ability to formulate and test research hypotheses, explain and present results;
- English proficiency (ability to read technical documentation).
