Responsibilities: 

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for international roles;

- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, culture, and market requirements;

- Screen and evaluate candidates' resumes, qualifications, and experience;

- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' cultural fit, skills, and alignment with client needs;

- Mentor and guide junior recruiters, providing training and feedback to enhance their performance;

- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future roles.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience (agency or client's side) in recruitment for various middle+/senior roles. If you have Executive Search experience, we consider it as a big plus;

- You have your own talent pool (and you can share how you update and grow it);

- Project management skills (you launched projects in Talent Acquisition or Employer Branding);

- Basic finance knowledge (you're not afraid of numbers and tables);

- People management skills: you managed 2+ people;

- Business development experience: you attracted clients through various instruments;

- You're a good collaborator (you don't shy away from conflicts). You have a high level of ownership and initiative;

- Any entrepreneurial experience is a big plus;

- You're fluent in English and Russian.
