- Launch and implement cross-functional change projects at the intersection of HR and Real Estate, aimed at creating an ideal client experience for the company's employees;
- Synchronise the work of cross-functional teams (construction, operations, IT, HR-brand, internal communications, corporate events, GR, PR), control the implementation of strategic initiatives;
- Support the development of the financial model;
- Prepare reports and presentations for top management.
- Experience in strategy/operations/digital transformation;
- Consulting experience in MBB (SBA/Asc) or Big4 (M/SM) or Big5 consulting real estate companies.
