- Develop, defend and keep strategies up to date, take part in the defense of strategic documents at the AEM and HR ALT level;
- Seek out and initiate strategic development initiatives, including conducting necessary research, preparing materials, and advocating for initiatives;
- Reflect the progress of strategic development of HR and internal functions in metrics, organize appropriate reporting, monitoring and socialization.
- Have a strategic vision over a 5-year horizon, understand trends in the development of modern technology organizations;
- Have a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the HR function at a strategic level;
- Have successful strategic cases;
- Have experience in managing strategic projects.
