Transformation Program Leader

- Drive transformation projects to optimize operational efficiency in the metals and mining sector;

- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs;

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management to align project goals;

- Establish KPIs to measure the impact of transformation efforts and ensure accountability.

- Experience in consulting (Big4/2-tier/TOP3) with focus on operations/implementation focusing on Metals & Mining;

- Knowledge of mining and metallurgical complex;

- Proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering measurable results.
