Transformation Program Manager

- Implementing projects to improve process efficiency;

- Interaction with production departments and implementation of solutions through industrial testing;

- Formation of the scientific center’s project portfolio;

- Communication with the scientific institute within the framework of project development and coordination of actions;

- Implementation of innovative solutions;

- Working at the production-science interface to achieve common goals and improve technological processes.

- Experience in MBB/Big4 as well as in projects for

metallurgical companies;

- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the technologies used in the industry;

- Experience in construction companies or experience with construction projects.
